First - I order all my just debts and funeral charges to be paid.
Second - I give and bequeath unto my wife Eliza both the use of all my estate both real and personal during her natural life- and after her death I give and devise the same to my son Benjamin, to him his heirs and assigns forever.
Third - I give and bequeath to my son Charles a note I hold against him for about four hundred with interest due thereon, and I order my executors to deliver the same to him.
Fourth - I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Thompson the sum of fifty dollar to be paid to her by my son Benjamin at the decease of my wife Elizabeth, and I charge the real estate devised to my son Benjamim with the payment of the same.
I consider the sum above bequeathed to my son Charles, together with the sums heretofore advanced and paid for him to be equal to his share of my estate.
I nominated contitute and appoint William N. Moore and my son Benjamin Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills. In witness whereof I have herein to set my hand and seal this fifth day of October AD 1846.
